Registered Dietitian for Massachusetts Care Facilities
Registered Dietitian providing menu sign-off, dietary plan review and inspection-ready documentation for day health, assisted living, and residential care facilities.
About Me
Hello, I'm Vanika Jethwa, a Massachusetts-licensed Registered Dietitian focused on long-term care and adult day health compliance. I started in long-term care nutrition, moved into hospital clinical practice, and since 2019 have consulted directly with facilities on their regulatory binders.
Most adult day and residential facilities only need about six hours of RD time per half-year to meet their regulatory requirements. The hard part isnโt the hours. Itโs finding someone who knows the regulations well, is willing to work a short on-site schedule, and will sit down with your management team to make sure the documentation is right.
That's what I do. I learn how your facility runs, meet with your team, and sign off on menus, dietary plans, and documentation that holds up under inspection.
Built for Massachusetts Facility Operators
I work exclusively with licensed facilities in Massachusetts:
Day Health programs subject to 105 CMR 158
Assisted Living Residences certified under 651 CMR 12
Rest Homes and Residential Care facilities licensed under 105 CMR 150
Single-site owner-operators and small multi-site groups. If your last inspection flagged your dietary documentation, or you havenโt found a dietitian to sign off on your menus, this is the work I do.
How it works
-
We walk through your facility type, bed count, current documentation, and your next inspection date.
-
First on-site visit. We set up your inspection binder, sign your current menu cycle, and review your dietary care plans.
-
Two on-site visits per year on the 6-month cadence. Menu sign-off, binder refresh, and email support between visits. Monthly ACH billing, or annual prepay at a discount.
